FIT4FoF project (“Making our Workforce Fit for the Factory of the Future”) aims at addressing workers needs with regard to skills and qualification for the factory of the future, analysing technology trends across 6 industrial areas to identify relevant skills and define new job profiles, which will inform future education and training requirements.

You are being asked to complete this survey on behalf of the FIT4FoF project. The survey is about the development of skills over time and on how best to match the skills/needs with the demands of new jobs. The information will be used by the FIT4FoF consortium to design policies to improve people’s skills and create better jobs.

This survey is structured in 4 main parts:

  1. Part I - General Information
  2. Part II - Soft and Hard skills
  3. Part III - Program Training
  4. Part IV - Technological Trends

To fill the Part II and Part IV of the survey it is important to consider present level, future relevance, and impact of the skill/trend, as this:

  • present level: in how far/to which extent is this skill relevant/applied at the moment
  • future relevance: how relevant will this skill/trend be for the success of your company/industry area in the future
  • impact: will this skill/trend affect only a small or major (parts of) industry/the technological areas in the future

Thank you for taking part. All the information collected is anonymous, and will be treated in the strictest of confidence under the ethical principles, including the highest standards of research integrity, as set out in the European Code of Conduct for Research Integrity.
